Got the real fans in today, so I connected all of them to see whay it took to ri=un them, as well as the noise level. The 5 fans were selected for low noise and low current requirements, and sufficient CFM to run a lot of air through the pack.
The max current is 1.2A, and they will run and start reliably at less than 5V, so variable speed should work nicely.
Will mount the two 69 pin connectors to the top, and will drill some air vents both front and rear to draw some air through the BMS area to vent the bypass resistor heat.
