Controler Kit 3

Install 1 MEG resistors

Install 150 ohm resistors
Installing the OP amps
All resistors should now be installed, except for the standup resistors. The next parts to install will be the 6 operational amplifiers. These are located on the pink foam that was packed with the controller card.
There are five TLC2272, and one LM324. The leads of IC's are sometimes spread wider than the mounting holes, so it may be necessary to slightly bend the leads in so that the part goes into the holes correctly.Pin one of the TLC2272 is marked with a circle, and pin one on the circuit board is a square pad. On the LM324, the notched end of the IC is pin one side. Solder these parts quickly, but thoroughly(solder flows smooth) as excessive heat can damage them.
Relay diodes
Both MIMA relays have back emf suppression diodes, six of them are packaged in the MISC package. Four will go on the harness, and two will be installed on the board.

The photo shows the sockets with the relays and processor installed, but we will not solder in the sockets with the parts installed.
