Air spring and EV wheel begin to take shape
Todays progress
I finished the air springs system, by adding the over travel limiting nylon straps.
Still need to build the pneumatic system. I am going to use the spare tire as the air tank, with a little 12V compressorwith automatic air pressure switch. Where to bring the air lines and EV wires into the cabin is the next task.
I played with the EV wheel setup a bit, and if I get a good chain, I should be able to do a rough test of the system to see if the wheel/sprocket system is strong enough.
